Not all tahini is created equal. The sesame variety, the roast level, and the grinding method all affect the final flavor — and the difference is immediately obvious on the palate. Our tahini uses lightly roasted Ethiopian Humera sesame, prized for its high oil content and clean, mild flavor with no metallic aftertaste.

The paste is stone-ground slowly at low temperatures to preserve the oils and keep the texture ultra-smooth and pourable. No additives, no stabilizers, no preservatives — just sesame.
