Stuffed Grape Leaves (Warak Dawali)
Hand-rolled grape leaves stuffed with seasoned rice, fresh herbs, and a touch of lemon — prepared using a traditional Lebanese recipe and packed in brine to preserve their texture and flavor. A staple of the mezze table and one of the most requested ready-to-serve products in our catalog.

Our warak dawali are made with young, tender grape leaves brined in-season and packed with a filling of short-grain rice, flat-leaf parsley, mint, tomato, and a bright lemon-olive oil blend. The recipe comes directly from a family producer in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley who has been supplying the same product for over 30 years.
Unlike canned commodity dolmas, these have actual texture, visible herbs in the filling, and a brightness from the lemon that makes them taste fresh even from a jar. They’re a reliable, high-margin item for any deli, mezze restaurant, or Middle Eastern grocery.
Serving Suggestions
Serve cold as part of a mezze spread with labneh and olives. Warm gently in a pan with olive oil and lemon juice. Plate as a starter with tahini drizzle and fresh herbs. For retail, they’re strong as a grab-and-go deli item alongside falafel and hummus.
