We source our olives from established growers in Greece, Italy, and the Palestinian Territories, selecting for the specific varieties that hold up best in a marinated format — ones that absorb the herb oil without going soft, and retain their natural brine character.
The marinade is prepared using our own olive oil base, blended with dried oregano, bay leaf, Aleppo pepper, lemon zest, and garlic. No artificial preservatives or colors. The result is a product that looks and tastes like it came from an artisan deli counter — because it did.

Ideal for olive bars, antipasto counters, charcuterie boards, and mezze platters. Restaurants use them as a table starter, in salads, on flatbreads, and as a garnish on cocktails. For retail, they’re a strong impulse purchase alongside cheese, crackers, and cured meats.
