Za’atar is the heartbeat of Levantine cooking — a fragrant blend of wild thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, and salt that belongs on every table. Our za’atar is sourced from small-batch producers in the West Bank and Jordan, made the traditional way with hand-foraged hyssop and wild thyme.


What sets our za’atar apart is the ingredient integrity. Many commercial blends substitute cultivated thyme or omit sumac entirely — ours contains the real thing: wild hyssop, coarse sumac, toasted sesame, and sea salt, in the proportions that have been used in Levantine kitchens for generations.
Supplied in resealable kraft pouches (100g, 250g) and bulk food-service bags (1kg, 5kg). Our za’atar moves quickly in both specialty grocery and restaurant accounts — it’s one of our fastest-selling SKUs.
Uses & Applications
